In July 2023, the University Council approved the Strategic Plan 2024 – 2028 with the theme “Extending the Horizon”, outlining the overall vision and the strategic directions of the University in in the coming years.
The Plan has identified six strategic themes:
Theme I: Cultivating Talent
Theme II: Contributing to the Knowledge Worlds
Theme III: Building an Outstanding Team
Theme IV: Creating an Impact with Our Partners
Theme V: Flourishing Beyond Physical Limits
Theme VI: Promoting a Shared Vision with Guiding Principles
With six strategic themes and 54 commitments, the Plan is broad in scope and ambitious in places. It sets clear priorities to take the University to new horizons.
