上課拼命抄寫，下課卻看不懂自己記了什麼？課本畫滿螢光筆，複習時依然找不到重點？面對不同課程，只能用同一套雜亂無章的筆記方法？每到期末，就對著一堆散落的筆記感到焦慮與無助？

  1. 參加任何一個工作坊的學生可於3月31日至4月1日親臨Claw Your Way to Self-Care活動現場直接兌換夾公仔機硬幣，將有機會獲得Chiikawa公仔（稍後公佈活動詳情）。
  2. 工作坊以廣東話爲主，輔以英文及普通話。
  3. 本工作坊採取「先到先得」方式報名，錄取結果將於每個工作坊開始前三日以電郵方式通知。

Do you find yourself frantically copying notes in class, only to realize afterward that you can’t understand what you wrote? Is your textbook filled with highlighter marks, yet during revision you still struggle to identify the key points? Are you using the same messy note‑taking method across different courses? And when finals approach, do you feel anxious and helpless facing a pile of scattered notes?

If any of these situations resonate with you, we sincerely invite you to join the “Smart Notes, Better Minds” Workshop to learn practical note‑taking techniques. Please refer to the poster in the email for details.

Remarks

  1. Students who participate in any of the workshops can redeem claw machine tokens in person at the Claw Your Way to Self-Care event on Mar 31 - Apr 1. Get a chance to win a Chiikawa plushie! (Stay tuned for details).
  2. Workshops will be conducted primarily in Cantonese, with supplementary support in English and Mandarin.
  3. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. The admission result will be notified via email three days before each workshop commences.
